AKTINA's Greek Music Journey (GMJ) 2019 with bouzouki legend Thanasis Polykandriotis. 

The performance held on May 17, 2019 at the Kaye Playhouse theater in Manhattan, New York City, highlighted laika (popular folk) songs composed by Thanasis Polykadriotis as well as by other notable Greek composers and songwriters, including everlasting rembetika (a/k/a Greek blues).  Polykandriotis was accompanied by his band and the singers, Aris Kampanos and Afroditi Hatzimina.  The concert was produced by Elena Maroulleti  For more details, to watch videos and see more photos from this concert, please click here.
